Gale Hammered Champagne Flute 26.5 cm Tall 155 g Narrow Bowl Stemware is a champagne flute built around a narrow straight bowl with a hammered surface on a fine stem over a 7 cm foot in clear, uncoloured, with hammered texture across the bowl with a tapered base. It is produced in our glass workshop for buyers who need a repeatable decorative programme rather than a one off sample, and the piece shown here carries the a straight hammered flute, where the texture softens the reflections along the bowl.
Textured flutes are bought mainly on the look, so a fired sample is worth approving before a container order. Every unit is annealed in a controlled lehr so that wall stress stays within our breakage specification, and dimensions are checked against the measurement sheet printed on the photography. The result is a glass that looks individual on the shelf but behaves predictably in a container load.
Key Features- Hammered Straight Bowl: A hammered finish on a straight flute is unusual, which separates it from plain sparkling glassware.
- 155 g Weight: Light for a 26.5 cm flute, aimed at high volume sparkling service.
- Narrow Bowl: A tight bowl preserves the bead through a long service.
- Fine Stem: The stem is slim by design, so handling should be checked on a sample.
- Clear Glass: No tint, so the wine and bead stay visible through the texture.
- Racks Tall: The straight bowl needs a taller rack, which should be confirmed before ordering volume.

This champagne flute is aimed at champagne service, weddings, hotel banqueting and gift retail. Buyers typically place it in a range that needs one recognisable decorative accent without moving to a full bespoke mould, and because the body is a standard production shape the tooling cost is already absorbed into the piece price.
In service the glass is expected to move between back of house washing and front of house display several times a day. The surface withstands standard commercial detergents, and the rim geometry has been kept simple so that stacking and racking do not put point loads on the lip. For retail programmes the same item can be boxed as a single unit or combined with the matching pieces in our range to build a story around colour and pattern.
Sampling buyers usually test three things: whether the decoration survives twenty dishwasher cycles, whether the base sits flat on a granite or marble surface, and whether case pack dimensions match their pallet plan. All three can be confirmed with a stock sample before any production deposit is placed.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceEach piece is packed in a moulded pulp or corrugated divider inside a five layer export carton, with a printed sleeve available for retail programmes. Case pack quantities are set so that a full pallet loads without void fill, which keeps freight cost per unit down for mixed container orders.
Production is inspected at three points: incoming glass quality, decoration placement, and final packing. AQL inspection follows the usual 2.5 major and 4.0 minor plan unless a buyer specifies otherwise, and we keep a retained sample from each run so that repeat orders can be matched for colour and pattern density.
Care and Handling- Hammered Champagne Flute
- Narrow Bowl Flute
- Textured Flute Glass
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended where a decorative surface is present, and dishwasher use is acceptable on a normal cycle at moderate temperature. Avoid sudden temperature change such as pouring boiling liquid into a chilled glass, since thermal shock remains the most common cause of breakage in any annealed glassware. Stored correctly, the piece is designed for years of daily use.
