Marigold Orange Yellow Frosted Glass

Marigold Orange Yellow Frosted Glass 19 cm Tall 195 g Ribbed Bowl is a stemmed glass built around a round ribbed bowl on a ribbed foot, frosted throughout in orange at the rim graduating to yellow at the foot, with vertical ribbing with a frosted finish and a colour gradient. It is produced in our glass workshop for buyers who need a repeatable decorative programme rather than a one off sample, and the piece shown here carries the orange at the rim falling to yellow at the foot, softened by a frosted surface.
Gradient spraying is done by hand, so the transition height varies slightly between pieces and should be approved as a range. Every unit is annealed in a controlled lehr so that wall stress stays within our breakage specification, and dimensions are checked against the measurement sheet printed on the photography. The result is a glass that looks individual on the shelf but behaves predictably in a container load.
Key Features- Two Colour Gradient: Orange into yellow is applied through the body, so the transition reads as a fade rather than a dip.
- Frosted Surface: A frosted finish softens the colour and hides fingerprints in service.
- Ribbed Throughout: Ribs run from rim to foot, which keeps the gradient even.
- 195 g Weight: Solid for a 19 cm glass, with the mass in the foot.
- Wide 8.5 cm Foot: A broad foot keeps a tall ribbed body stable.
- Batch Colour: Both tones come from the batch, so the gradient point stays consistent.

This stemmed glass is aimed at bars, dessert service, colour themed venues and gift retail. Buyers typically place it in a range that needs one recognisable decorative accent without moving to a full bespoke mould, and because the body is a standard production shape the tooling cost is already absorbed into the piece price.
In service the glass is expected to move between back of house washing and front of house display several times a day. The surface withstands standard commercial detergents, and the rim geometry has been kept simple so that stacking and racking do not put point loads on the lip. For retail programmes the same item can be boxed as a single unit or combined with the matching pieces in our range to build a story around colour and pattern.
Sampling buyers usually test three things: whether the decoration survives twenty dishwasher cycles, whether the base sits flat on a granite or marble surface, and whether case pack dimensions match their pallet plan. All three can be confirmed with a stock sample before any production deposit is placed.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceEach piece is packed in a moulded pulp or corrugated divider inside a five layer export carton, with a printed sleeve available for retail programmes. Case pack quantities are set so that a full pallet loads without void fill, which keeps freight cost per unit down for mixed container orders.
Production is inspected at three points: incoming glass quality, decoration placement, and final packing. AQL inspection follows the usual 2.5 major and 4.0 minor plan unless a buyer specifies otherwise, and we keep a retained sample from each run so that repeat orders can be matched for colour and pattern density.
Care and Handling- Orange Gradient Glass
- Frosted Ribbed Glass
- Two Colour Stemware
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended where a decorative surface is present, and dishwasher use is acceptable on a normal cycle at moderate temperature. Avoid sudden temperature change such as pouring boiling liquid into a chilled glass, since thermal shock remains the most common cause of breakage in any annealed glassware. Stored correctly, the piece is designed for years of daily use.
