Two Size Glass Tumbler Range

Ribbed Clear Glass Tumbler 8 cm Rim 10.5 cm Tall 190 g Two Size Range Cup is a glass tumbler built around a slightly waisted straight wall with vertical grooves in clear and colourless, with vertical groove ribbing. It is produced in our glass workshop for buyers who need a repeatable decorative programme rather than a one off sample, and the piece shown here carries the a light ribbed tumbler supplied in two sizes so a venue can standardise on one design.
The two sizes are commonly ordered at a ratio of two tall to one short, matching how most venues split long drinks against spirit serves. Every unit is annealed in a controlled lehr so that wall stress stays within our breakage specification, and dimensions are checked against the measurement sheet printed on the photography. The result is a glass that looks individual on the shelf but behaves predictably in a container load.
Key Features- Two Sizes From One Mould: A tall and a short version share the same design, simplifying replacement stock.
- 190 g Light Weight: The low unit weight cuts freight per container for importers running mixed loads.
- Vertical Grooves: Grooves give grip and break up reflections on an otherwise plain body.
- 8 cm Rim: The opening suits water, soft drinks and spirits without looking under sized.
- Stable 5 cm Base: The foot is proportioned for tray service rather than display only.
- Simple Interior: No internal decoration, so washing is fast and flavour carry over is not an issue.

This glass tumbler is aimed at bars, restaurants, hotel breakfast service and event hire. Buyers typically place it in a range that needs one recognisable decorative accent without moving to a full bespoke mould, and because the body is a standard production shape the tooling cost is already absorbed into the piece price.
In service the glass is expected to move between back of house washing and front of house display several times a day. The surface withstands standard commercial detergents, and the rim geometry has been kept simple so that stacking and racking do not put point loads on the lip. For retail programmes the same item can be boxed as a single unit or combined with the matching pieces in our range to build a story around colour and pattern.
Sampling buyers usually test three things: whether the decoration survives twenty dishwasher cycles, whether the base sits flat on a granite or marble surface, and whether case pack dimensions match their pallet plan. All three can be confirmed with a stock sample before any production deposit is placed.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceEach piece is packed in a moulded pulp or corrugated divider inside a five layer export carton, with a printed sleeve available for retail programmes. Case pack quantities are set so that a full pallet loads without void fill, which keeps freight cost per unit down for mixed container orders.
Production is inspected at three points: incoming glass quality, decoration placement, and final packing. AQL inspection follows the usual 2.5 major and 4.0 minor plan unless a buyer specifies otherwise, and we keep a retained sample from each run so that repeat orders can be matched for colour and pattern density.
Care and Handling- Ribbed Clear Glass Tumbler
- Two Size Range Cup
- Lightweight Service Glass
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended where a decorative surface is present, and dishwasher use is acceptable on a normal cycle at moderate temperature. Avoid sudden temperature change such as pouring boiling liquid into a chilled glass, since thermal shock remains the most common cause of breakage in any annealed glassware. Stored correctly, the piece is designed for years of daily use.
