Christmas Tree Relief Glass Tumbler

,400 g Festive Glass Tumbler
Christmas Tree Relief Glass Tumbler 8.5 cm Rim 10.5 cm Tall 400 g Festive Cup is a glass tumbler built around a straight body with moulded relief and a level rim in clear body with green enamelled tree relief, with moulded tree relief filled with green colour. It is produced in our glass workshop for buyers who need a repeatable decorative programme rather than a one off sample, and the piece shown here carries the a moulded tree relief picked out in green, so the decoration is physical rather than printed.
Relief and colour fill are produced in the mould and lehr, so decoration cost is low at volume compared with hand painting. Every unit is annealed in a controlled lehr so that wall stress stays within our breakage specification, and dimensions are checked against the measurement sheet printed on the photography. The result is a glass that looks individual on the shelf but behaves predictably in a container load.
Key Features- Moulded Tree Relief: The tree is part of the wall, so it cannot peel, fade or wash off.
- Green Colour Fill: Colour sits in the relief, which gives depth that flat printing cannot match.
- 400 g Body: A solid tumbler that suits gift boxing and corporate orders.
- Straight Profile: A vertical wall stacks cleanly in retail display cartons.
- Clear Vessel: Colourless glass keeps the drink visible and the taste neutral.
- Year Round Mould: The same body can carry other relief themes outside the holiday season.

This glass tumbler is aimed at gift retail, holiday promotions, cafes and corporate gifting. Buyers typically place it in a range that needs one recognisable decorative accent without moving to a full bespoke mould, and because the body is a standard production shape the tooling cost is already absorbed into the piece price.
In service the glass is expected to move between back of house washing and front of house display several times a day. The surface withstands standard commercial detergents, and the rim geometry has been kept simple so that stacking and racking do not put point loads on the lip. For retail programmes the same item can be boxed as a single unit or combined with the matching pieces in our range to build a story around colour and pattern.
Sampling buyers usually test three things: whether the decoration survives twenty dishwasher cycles, whether the base sits flat on a granite or marble surface, and whether case pack dimensions match their pallet plan. All three can be confirmed with a stock sample before any production deposit is placed.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceEach piece is packed in a moulded pulp or corrugated divider inside a five layer export carton, with a printed sleeve available for retail programmes. Case pack quantities are set so that a full pallet loads without void fill, which keeps freight cost per unit down for mixed container orders.
Production is inspected at three points: incoming glass quality, decoration placement, and final packing. AQL inspection follows the usual 2.5 major and 4.0 minor plan unless a buyer specifies otherwise, and we keep a retained sample from each run so that repeat orders can be matched for colour and pattern density.
Care and Handling- Christmas Tree Relief Cup
- Festive Glass Tumbler
- Green Relief Glassware
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended where a decorative surface is present, and dishwasher use is acceptable on a normal cycle at moderate temperature. Avoid sudden temperature change such as pouring boiling liquid into a chilled glass, since thermal shock remains the most common cause of breakage in any annealed glassware. Stored correctly, the piece is designed for years of daily use.
