Twist Clear Stemmed Glass Range Two Sizes 25 cm Tall 160 g Spiral Stem is a stemmed glass range built around a tapered bowls with spiral twist running through body, stem and foot in clear, uncoloured, with spiral twist carried from the rim down to the foot. It is produced in our glass workshop for buyers who need a repeatable decorative programme rather than a one off sample, and the piece shown here carries the a continuous spiral twist that runs from rim to foot, with no other decoration.
Twisted stems are formed while the glass is soft, so the pitch of the twist varies slightly between pieces; this is expected on this construction. Every unit is annealed in a controlled lehr so that wall stress stays within our breakage specification, and dimensions are checked against the measurement sheet printed on the photography. The result is a glass that looks individual on the shelf but behaves predictably in a container load.
Key Features- Continuous Twist: The twist runs through bowl, stem and foot, which is what gives the glass its single gesture.
- Two Formats: 22.5 cm and 25 cm cover standard wine service and a taller tasting pour.
- 125 g And 160 g: Light weights, which keeps freight and breakage cost down in volume.
- Clear Glass: Uncoloured, so the twist reads as form rather than decoration.
- Twisted Foot: The ribbed foot continues the twist and adds grip on a wet tray.
- Two Size Range: Buyers can cover both wine and tasting service from one order.

This stemmed glass range is aimed at restaurant wine service, tasting rooms, hotel banqueting and retail. Buyers typically place it in a range that needs one recognisable decorative accent without moving to a full bespoke mould, and because the body is a standard production shape the tooling cost is already absorbed into the piece price.
In service the glass is expected to move between back of house washing and front of house display several times a day. The surface withstands standard commercial detergents, and the rim geometry has been kept simple so that stacking and racking do not put point loads on the lip. For retail programmes the same item can be boxed as a single unit or combined with the matching pieces in our range to build a story around colour and pattern.
Sampling buyers usually test three things: whether the decoration survives twenty dishwasher cycles, whether the base sits flat on a granite or marble surface, and whether case pack dimensions match their pallet plan. All three can be confirmed with a stock sample before any production deposit is placed.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceEach piece is packed in a moulded pulp or corrugated divider inside a five layer export carton, with a printed sleeve available for retail programmes. Case pack quantities are set so that a full pallet loads without void fill, which keeps freight cost per unit down for mixed container orders.
Production is inspected at three points: incoming glass quality, decoration placement, and final packing. AQL inspection follows the usual 2.5 major and 4.0 minor plan unless a buyer specifies otherwise, and we keep a retained sample from each run so that repeat orders can be matched for colour and pattern density.
Care and Handling- Twist Clear Range
- Spiral Stem Stemware
- Two Size Twist Glass
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended where a decorative surface is present, and dishwasher use is acceptable on a normal cycle at moderate temperature. Avoid sudden temperature change such as pouring boiling liquid into a chilled glass, since thermal shock remains the most common cause of breakage in any annealed glassware. Stored correctly, the piece is designed for years of daily use.
