Slim Ribbed Stemless Glass Tumbler
,Tapered Stemless Glass Tumbler
,200 g Rounded Base Glass Tumbler
Slim Ribbed Stemless Cup 14.8 cm Tall 200 g Tapered Glass Tumbler is a glass tumbler built around a tapered stemless body with vertical ribs and a rounded base in clear, uncoloured, with vertical ribbing across the body. It is produced in our glass workshop for buyers who need a repeatable decorative programme rather than a one off sample, and the piece shown here carries the a tall narrow ribbed tumbler with no stem, built for handling without breakage.
Tall tumblers are usually racked rather than stacked, so buyers should confirm rack height before ordering volume. Every unit is annealed in a controlled lehr so that wall stress stays within our breakage specification, and dimensions are checked against the measurement sheet printed on the photography. The result is a glass that looks individual on the shelf but behaves predictably in a container load.
Key Features- No Stem: A stemless format removes the most common breakage point in a busy bar.
- Tall Narrow Body: 14.8 cm tall and 6.5 cm wide suits water, highballs and long drinks.
- Vertical Ribs: Ribs add grip when the glass is wet.
- 200 g Weight: Solid without being heavy in volume service.
- Tapered Base: A narrower base lets the glass nest closer on a tray.
- Clear Glass: No decoration to fade, so repeat orders are simple.

This glass tumbler is aimed at bar service, water service, hotel banqueting and retail. Buyers typically place it in a range that needs one recognisable decorative accent without moving to a full bespoke mould, and because the body is a standard production shape the tooling cost is already absorbed into the piece price.
In service the glass is expected to move between back of house washing and front of house display several times a day. The surface withstands standard commercial detergents, and the rim geometry has been kept simple so that stacking and racking do not put point loads on the lip. For retail programmes the same item can be boxed as a single unit or combined with the matching pieces in our range to build a story around colour and pattern.
Sampling buyers usually test three things: whether the decoration survives twenty dishwasher cycles, whether the base sits flat on a granite or marble surface, and whether case pack dimensions match their pallet plan. All three can be confirmed with a stock sample before any production deposit is placed.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceEach piece is packed in a moulded pulp or corrugated divider inside a five layer export carton, with a printed sleeve available for retail programmes. Case pack quantities are set so that a full pallet loads without void fill, which keeps freight cost per unit down for mixed container orders.
Production is inspected at three points: incoming glass quality, decoration placement, and final packing. AQL inspection follows the usual 2.5 major and 4.0 minor plan unless a buyer specifies otherwise, and we keep a retained sample from each run so that repeat orders can be matched for colour and pattern density.
Care and Handling- Slim Ribbed Tumbler
- Stemless Glass Cup
- Tapered Rib Glass
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended where a decorative surface is present, and dishwasher use is acceptable on a normal cycle at moderate temperature. Avoid sudden temperature change such as pouring boiling liquid into a chilled glass, since thermal shock remains the most common cause of breakage in any annealed glassware. Stored correctly, the piece is designed for years of daily use.
