Sunburst Radial Relief Coupe Glass
,Radial Fan Bowl Coupe Glass
,18.3 cm Coupe Glass
Sunburst Radial Relief Coupe Glass 18.3 cm Tall 192 g Fan Pattern Bowl is a coupe glass built around a wide shallow bowl with radial fan relief on a fine stem over an 8 cm foot in clear, uncoloured, with radial fan relief spreading from the base of the bowl. It is produced in our glass workshop for buyers who need a repeatable decorative programme rather than a one off sample, and the piece shown here carries the a fan of relief ribs radiating from the base of a wide coupe bowl.
Radial relief catches light unevenly by design, so a buyer's reference photo should be taken under their own lighting. Every unit is annealed in a controlled lehr so that wall stress stays within our breakage specification, and dimensions are checked against the measurement sheet printed on the photography. The result is a glass that looks individual on the shelf but behaves predictably in a container load.
Key Features- Radial Fan Relief: The fan spreads from the base, which is a period reference rather than a generic rib.
- Wide 11.3 cm Bowl: A broad bowl for coupe cocktails and champagne service.
- 192 g Weight: Solid for a coupe, which helps with a wide bowl.
- Fine Stem: Deliberately slim, so the glass reads as delicate on a table.
- 8 cm Foot: A wide foot under a wide bowl keeps the glass upright when full.
- Clear Glass: No tint, so the drink colour stays true through the relief.

This coupe glass is aimed at cocktail service, champagne service, hotel banqueting and retail. Buyers typically place it in a range that needs one recognisable decorative accent without moving to a full bespoke mould, and because the body is a standard production shape the tooling cost is already absorbed into the piece price.
In service the glass is expected to move between back of house washing and front of house display several times a day. The surface withstands standard commercial detergents, and the rim geometry has been kept simple so that stacking and racking do not put point loads on the lip. For retail programmes the same item can be boxed as a single unit or combined with the matching pieces in our range to build a story around colour and pattern.
Sampling buyers usually test three things: whether the decoration survives twenty dishwasher cycles, whether the base sits flat on a granite or marble surface, and whether case pack dimensions match their pallet plan. All three can be confirmed with a stock sample before any production deposit is placed.
Packaging and Quality AssuranceEach piece is packed in a moulded pulp or corrugated divider inside a five layer export carton, with a printed sleeve available for retail programmes. Case pack quantities are set so that a full pallet loads without void fill, which keeps freight cost per unit down for mixed container orders.
Production is inspected at three points: incoming glass quality, decoration placement, and final packing. AQL inspection follows the usual 2.5 major and 4.0 minor plan unless a buyer specifies otherwise, and we keep a retained sample from each run so that repeat orders can be matched for colour and pattern density.
Care and Handling- Radial Relief Coupe
- Fan Pattern Glass
- Wide Coupe Stemware
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended where a decorative surface is present, and dishwasher use is acceptable on a normal cycle at moderate temperature. Avoid sudden temperature change such as pouring boiling liquid into a chilled glass, since thermal shock remains the most common cause of breakage in any annealed glassware. Stored correctly, the piece is designed for years of daily use.
